Description
Psalm 92 instructs us: “To render thanks unto the Lord it is a comely thing, And to thy name, O thou most High, due praise aloud to sing. Thy loving-kindness to show forth when shines the morning light; And to declare thy faithfulness with pleasure ev’ry night. On a ten-stringed instrument, upon the psaltery, And on the harp with solemn sound, and grave sweet melody.”

A wonderful recording. Perhaps not as polished as a professional group of singers, but that’s the point, isn’t it? Ordinary people giving praise to God using his own songbook. I will be using this to memorize several of the selections. Psalm 33 especially (and its tune) has become a favorite. Thank you, Greenville Presbyterian Church members, for your gift of music.
