My psalter arrived today, and it is everything I hoped for and more. This is a wonderfully produced volume, and will be a huge blessing to all who love singing the Psalms. Warmly recommended…

This is an outstanding volume. Beautiful, inside and out, both the content and the design. There’s nothing in here that you couldn’t find online, but why would you want to when a book as beautiful as this is available? It’s a sturdy volume, nicely bound, hand-sized, good paper, wonderful typesetting, gorgeous details, ribbon marker, marbled end papers, resilient bookcloth – it’s truly an instant classic. Grange Press is doing amazing work.
My only quibble is a few typos I’ve already noticed (I can’t help it, I’m detail-oriented). For example, the first footnote on page vii (the Puritan preface) should read “oblectation.” On page 266, in the devotional material, a stray V has found its way into JEHOVAH, rendering it JEHVOVAH. I’m sure these and other errata will be expunged in subsequent printings and in my mind they don’t detract at all from what is an otherwise gorgeous edition of this beloved psalter.
If you love the Lord, if you enjoy singing the Psalms, if your mirth runneth in a spiritual channel, buy this book. You won’t be sorry you did.

This is so beautiful to look upon and even more beautiful to glean from. Since our children have been memorizing the Psalms and Psalter this is serving to deepen their understanding of and love for the Word. Our 6 year old son in his excitement over this Psalter said, “We should buy stacks of these Psalters to give away to everyone.” Yes! May the kingdom of grace be advanced.
