Returns Policy

Damaged/Defective Items

Grange Press will replace any items that arrive damaged or defective 100% free of charge. Please contact shipping@grangepress.com if you receive a damaged or defective item and provide photos of the packaging and the item(s).

Failed Delivery

Grange Press will make every effort to ensure a successful delivery to the shipping address provided in your order.

If the USPS is unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided in your order and a package is returned to Grange Press, your order will be automatically refunded, minus the original shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact shipping@grangepress. Lost packages will be replaced 100% free of charge.

Cancelled Orders

Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped; however, credit card processing fees will not be refunded.

Other Returns

All other sales are final.
